HOLY YOGA INSTRUCTOR TRAINING!

Nicole is so excited to be offering a Yoga Alliance certified In-Person 200-Hour Training Program with Holy Yoga Collective at Alchemy Free Your Soul. 

​

Holy Yoga has spent the last 16 years training over 6,000 Christ-centered yoga instructors around the world, and we are so excited to offer in-person training at Alchemy Free Your Soul! This training is LIFE-CHANGING, and we are excited and honored to be able to journey alongside those in our community as we walk through this training together! This training is going to be a space for you to come and explore your faith and deepen your relationship with God. A sanctuary for you to be with yourself, your heart, your mind, your faith, your soul, your body & your spirit. This program is chock full of GOODNESS!

8-limbs of yoga. 
Bible study. 
Spiritual disciplines. 
Soul work. 
Meditation.
Anatomy & Physiology. 
Pranayama, breath work.

Chakras and the energy centers within our body. 
How to build & create a class. 
Asana, postures. PLUS SO MUCH MORE!

This is an opportunity for you to tune into your soul and your faith on a deep, sacred level of LOVE! You will receive your 200HR certificate to teach yoga at the completion too.
